I like quick things when it comes to Holiday entertaining. My favorite food is a quick holiday appetizer. Today, I am going to share with you a favorite go-to appetizer. Two of my favorites are the Kaukauna® Spreadable Cheese and Kaukauna® Port Wine Cheese Balls. You can pair it with other items or eat alone.

Kaukauna® is made with 100% cheese and is an easy solution to entertaining. You can get Kaukauna® in a variety of forms-Cups, Logs, and Balls. I like to pair mine with crackers and fruit, but you can eat it alone. I love cheese, and I may or may not just eat it by the spoonful right out the fridge because it’s delicious by itself.

The key to making this recipe work is the presentation and taking the cheese out of its original container. I mean if you get a cheese tray and some appetizer forks you will impress your guest.

Grab a cup of Kaukauna®Spreadable Cheese, crackers, red bell peppers and aged salami. All of these items together you will look fancy and pull together. No one has to know that the star of the show is the spreadable cheese.

Holiday Cracker Topping – Salami, Cheese, & Peppers

Ingredients

Kaukauna® Spreadable Cheese Cup
1 Red Bell Pepper
Crackers
Salami

Instructions

Spread Kaukauna® Spreadable Cheese Cup on the cracker and then add cheese to the inside of salami and roll. Finish cracker with a touch of cheese and chopped red bell pepper.
