I realized that I didn’t follow-up my mood board with my updated living room. Last fall I participated in the Design Dash with La-Z-boy and as a prize, I got to pick out furniture piece. I, of course, had to have a mod sectional in a fun color. I got a chance to do any and everything I wanted. 

I went back and forth about the color selection and ultimately just went with my gut. This time my gut was the correct move.  I have you to know I spend lots of weekends in my cuddler watching Netflix and scrolling the interwebs. 

I also have collected a lot of coffee table books and colorful things that I have displayed. Sometimes I wonder if I need to remove some things. But for now, I am about all the things. Later this year I may quiet the space and do a simple arrangement with fewer things. I need to make room for my decor. I now need a decor closet to switch things out. 

I shot this room months ago and have now updated the end table. Its fund retro inspired mint green that I tempted to paint. I will update you with a new picture when I actually do that.
