Raise your hand if you would like an unlimited budget and the ability to makeover your bathroom. I mean if I could do this I would, but the truth of the matter I can’t afford it. You know there is this thing called budget. However, I have a renter-friendly bathroom refresh that doesn’t require moving any walls or updating any fixtures. I am bringing you my guest bathroom rental-friendly refresh for Summer.
It’s a renter-friendly way to update the bathroom for summer and get a lot of bang for your buck.
My three step design process for my bathroom refresh:
- Deep clean all surfaces
- Grab a new shower curtain like the floral blue and coral one I picked up at Target
- Minimize clutter and only leave out the essentials like the Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong® Mega Rolls

3 ways to refresh your bathroom!
I like to shop online at Target and take a look at things that I can actually buy in the store. This helps me decide what colors I would like to include in my refresh. Sometimes I look at my Pinterest boards and see what elements I can add even if I can’t change out fixtures. The one element that I noticed that I could include in my refresh was bamboo.
I picked out a new bamboo shower caddy, bamboo rug, and a small bamboo shelf to hold towels and extra rolls of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong® Mega Rolls. The bamboo shelf is perfect because the Quilted Northern® Mega Rolls look fuller and the shelf allows me the room I need to have a few extra out for guest. Then I focused on what colors I wanted to include in the refresh. Typically I always go with a white shower curtain and white towels. I thought this time I would infuse some color, moodiness with the navy and pair it with pops of coral and mint.
