At this moment I am working on updating my bad diet I acquired doing the holiday season. Yeah, we all somehow let the holidays and good times roll us right into bad habits. However, you can make changes in this New Year that are simple and can make major impacts on your overall diet. It’s about making small steps towards a healthier lifestyle and making food fun. I have a fun breakfast overnight oatmeal recipe for those who like simple and fun food.
Overnight Oats does not require a lot of ingredients, but I have a new favorite that has made a difference. You can use Truvia® Natural Sweetener as a sweetener or grab a spoon of Truvia® Natural Sweetener Spoonable. Truvia® is a zero-calorie, stevia-based sweetener which provides the sweetness of two teaspoons of sugar in your overnight oatmeal. Here is a coupon to save on this week’s grocery haul. You are welcome!
Truvia® is perfect for reducing calories and for people with diabetes and those looking to reduce sugar in their diets. Also, while you’re gathering your ingredients, you can grab a free sample of Truvia® Natural Sweetener. Thank me later. You will have a chance to find out why Truvia® is America’s #1 Stevia Sweetener.

Overnight oats can be taken on the go and warmed up in the microwave or just eat it cold. It really depends on how you like to eat your overnight oatmeal. I prefer to warm up my overnight oatmeal and then add my fresh fruit and nuts. However, if you don’t mind you can add all the fruits and nuts at night. This will allow you to just shake and literally go on with your day. I got my Truvia® and cute mason jars at Kroger swing by and grab jars and other ingredients as well.

I’m going to try this as an alternative to the super sugary instant microwave oatmeal that my girls love to eat.
